Cost Accounting II- major in accounting
(name of specific course)(general subject field)

My French teacher said it.- I took a course in history. (proper adjective) (not a proper noun)

President Reagan- We have a new president
(title is part of name) (not a title or person)

Summer Series of Lectures- This summer is very hot.
(part of title)(shown in usual way)

West Coast- He rode west on his horse.
(section of country)(direction)
